This service provides you with insights into which energy and rituals will be able to assist you in meeting and integrating your shadow.
You will receive who to work with, how to connect with their energy, and guidance on addressing your current issue.

Shadow work heals and integrates the portions of our psyche that, while trying to protect us, may be creating barriers to us achieving our dreams. During our session, we will discuss your current experience, identify what archetypes are presently experienced, and create a plan to begin the integration process. Coaching sessions can be booked for single or reoccurring sessions.
